Matt Hicks

Matt Hicks is an attorney at Coffey, Senger & Woodard, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.  Matt has almost 20 years of industry experience, including management and compliance positions with Con-Way Freight, Central Freight Lines, and Saia LTL Freight.  He also holds an Oklahoma Commercial Driver’s License.  Matt’s practice area focuses on motor carrier compliance with federal regulation, such as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.  Through a combination of industry and legal experience, Matt is able to provide a rare perspective when it comes to compliance related matters.  Matt also assists motor carriers in the development of internal policy and procedure related to safety and human resources.
