Robert E Applegate

A native Tulsan, Robert Applegate graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1994 majoring in Finance with emphasis in Business Legal Studies. He graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in December 1997. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in April 1998.

Mr. Applegate’s practice has centered around insurance defense, including insurance bad faith, commercial transportation, products liability, medical malpractice, employment, governmental/municipal liability and workers’ compensation. Mr. Applegate handles a variety of insurance-related matters for clients, including coverage analysis, declaratory judgment actions, subrogation matters and most all facets of claim resolution.  Mr. Applegate also has extensive appellate experience.

Mr. Applegate is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and all federal districts in Oklahoma. He is a current member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association, as well as multiple insurance-related professional organizations.  Mr. Applegate is a Martindale Hubbell AV rated attorney.
